General
What happens if I cancel my tour ?
You will need to look at our cancellation charges on our booking conditions to see what the cancellation charges are.
What happens if I miss my departure ?
You will need to notify European Encounters and try and make alternative arrangements to meet the tour. No refunds will be given if you miss your departure. Your insurance should cover you if you are delayed because of problems with public transport. Make sure you keep all details and relevant information if this happens.
Can I change the name(s) on my booking ?
You can change the names on the booking. You will have to pay for changing a
name(s). The amount will depend on which tour you have booked
Insurance
Do I need insurance when I travel to Europe ?
Although this is not enforced you should always have travel insurance when you travel in the UK or in Europe. Please look at the further information provided on our insurance page.
Room Charges
If I am travelling alone do I need to pay extra for a single room ?
All our prices are based on room share. If you wish to have a single room a single room supplement is always payable.
